We offer a free home survey with our fitter, Rob. He knows everything there is to know about shutters so can give you tons of advice on the best shutters for your windows.

When Rob visits your home he’ll be on time, be tidy and with a smile on his face. Guaranteed.

We are not salesmen (far from it!). Rob won’t be rushing off to another appointment. He will take the time to go through all the different options for you and give his recommendations so that together you can select the right design for your home.

It’s easy to say this on a website and lots of others claim it to be true. But this is how we have worked for 19 years and our customers tell us it’s what sets us apart. Just check out our glowing testimonials!

What To Expect At The Survey

Your survey will start with a more in-depth chat about your requirements and what the best options are for your windows.

It’s key that the design of your shutters match your window layout, compliments the size of louvre blade and the colour you’ve selected. All things Rob will run through during the survey.

Rob will also bring some large working samples with him. These can be placed on your window so you can see first-hand how shutters will look and work in your home from inside and out.

Once you are happy with the style of shutters you’ve selected, and if you’re happy to go ahead, Rob will measure your windows. This can take a while depending on the number and style of windows you have. But Rob will take his time to make sure that it’s done carefully, methodically and accurately with a combination of lasers, tape measures, levels and templates.

We’ll then be ready to order your shutters! 🙂
